What is the difference between Used and Refurbished equipment on this site?

Used equipment has been tested and verified to be in working condition but has not been reconditioned. Who is responsible for inspection on consignment listings?

All listings on Electrical Trader are inspected by our team before publication. For consignment items, the inspection is performed by Electrical Trader prior to the listing going live. We verify operational condition, document visible wear, and photograph key components. An inspection report is available on request.
