Which plan should I choose?
The $19.99 Basic plan is the lowest-cost entry point, supporting up to 5 product listings at 10% commission. If you have up to 20 high-value items (transformers, switchgear, generators), the $99/month plan offers better value at just 3.5% commission, plus inclusion in the weekly email newsletter. For larger inventories needing maximum visibility, the $499/month Unlimited plan adds Product SEO and Priority Product Ranking on top of unlimited listings and 3.5% commission.
How does commission work?
Commission is charged only when you make a sale. The Basic plan charges 10% of the sale price. The $99 and $499 plans charge just 3.5%. For example: selling a $10,000 transformer costs $1,000 commission on the Basic plan vs. just $350 on the $99 or $499 plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your Seller Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
On the Basic plan ($19.99/month), you are limited to 5 active listings. On the 20-product plan ($99/month), you cannot add more than 20 active listings. To add more products, you'll need to either deactivate existing listings or upgrade to the Unlimited plan ($499/month).
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. All plans have zero setup fees. The only costs are your monthly subscription fee and the commission percentage when you make a sale. There are no listing fees, transaction fees, or other hidden charges.
What's the difference between commission rates?
Lower commission means you keep more profit per sale. The 6.5% difference between plans (10% vs 3.5%) is significant on high-value electrical equipment. For a $50,000 switchgear sale, you'd pay $5,000 commission on the Basic plan vs. $1,750 on the $99 or $499 plans—a savings of $3,250 per sale. The $99 and $499 plans also include additional visibility features (newsletter inclusion, and for $499: Product SEO and Priority Product Ranking) that can help drive more sales.
Do I need a different plan for auctions?
No. Auction functionality is included in all plans at no extra cost. Create as many auctions as you want within your product listing limit. The same commission rates apply to auction sales.
