Which plan should I choose?
The $19.99 Basic plan is the lowest-cost entry point, supporting up to 5 product listings. If you have up to 20 high-value items (transformers, switchgear, generators), the $99/month Plus plan offers better value, plus inclusion in the weekly email newsletter. For larger inventories needing maximum visibility, the $499/month Pro plan adds Product SEO and Priority Product Ranking on top of unlimited listings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your Seller Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
On the Basic plan ($19.99/month), you are limited to 5 active listings. On the Plus plan ($99/month), you cannot add more than 20 active listings. To add more products, you'll need to either deactivate existing listings or upgrade to the Pro plan ($499/month).
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. All plans have zero setup fees. The only cost is your monthly subscription fee. There are no listing fees, transaction fees, or other hidden charges.
Do I need a different plan for auctions?
No. Auction functionality is included in all plans at no extra cost. Create as many auctions as you want within your product listing limit.
